A free private community
Nothing is wrong.
Something is finished.
Beyond The Script is a free private room for women who have built serious lives — and are quietly asking whether they still want all of what they built.

Is this still the life I want?
Does this sound familiar
You don't need to be convinced. You already know something.
Is this still the life I want?
I don't want the next ten years to look like the last ten.
I know what I want. I just don't know if I can do that.
There is nothing actually wrong with my life.
Inside the room
The conversation is the point.
Beyond The Script is a room, not a library. It is where women who have built a lot of life talk honestly about the decisions, desires, inherited rules and possibilities shaping the lives they're living now.
OlaBISI shares transmissions — short recorded reflections — when an idea is alive. But the transmissions are not the point of the room. The conversation is. What gets discussed here touches career, money, relationships, family, culture, dreams, inherited expectations and what you want now.
You can say “I don't know if I want this anymore” without being talked out of it.
You can say “I want this” without having to defend why.
You can say “I think I've changed” without someone rushing to remind you who you've always been.
Nobody here tells you what decision to make. The room changes what you can see.

Why conversation
Why conversation
A conversation can introduce a thought.
A thought can expose a rule.
A different question can change a decision.
A decision can change what happens next.

Who convenes this room
Olabisi MacGregor
Olabisi is a life coach, speaker, trainer, TEDx speaker and the founder of Fear2Freedom. She spent about 22 years in corporate finance, including senior finance leadership at L'Oréal USA and an international assignment in Nigeria helping establish the company's Nigerian subsidiary.
In 2018 she left that career — not because it had been a mistake, but because that chapter was complete. She is Nigerian-American, Yoruba, with roots in Ibadan, and she has had to choose again in her own life: leaving a career that defined her, navigating divorce, and declining to live inside other people's definitions of what a successful woman's life is supposed to look like.
She convenes these conversations because she knows what it takes to recognize that something no longer fits — and to become willing to choose accordingly. She does not claim to have figured out the perfect way to live.
